President Donald Trump suggested Saturday that the moderator of the next and final presidential debate, NBC News “journalist” Kristen Welker,” will be “extraordinarily unfair.” Though her colleagues will likely disagree, the evidence suggests he’s right.
“We have another one of them [a debate] coming up next week. You know Kristen Welker? She deleted her entire account. I wonder why. I can’t imagine,” he said.
He continued, “You know, I’ve known her for a long time. She’s extraordinarily unfair, but that’s all right.”
He then continued his remarks by pivoting to an “even more unfair” moderator, ABC News’ Savannah Guthrie, who’s faced widespread criticism for the way she’d personally debated the president during a town hall held last week.
“It’s — it’s unfair. But you know what, it’s so unfair but we’re President and they’re not,” the president later added.
Serving as NBC’s White House correspondent, Welker has “deep Democrat ties,” as reported by Jon Levine of the New York Post.
Not only does she come “from an established Democratic family … who have poured cash into party coffers, and to Trump opponents, for years,” she herself was reportedly listed as a registered Democrat in 2004 and 2012. It’s unclear if she’s still registered as one, though again the evidence strongly hints at her being a far-left Democrat.
For one, Welker’s line of questioning with Republicans has always been “scathing,” whereas her line of questioning with Democrats has always left room for improvement.
Watch below as she tips off then-Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s communications director before interviewing her on live TV following the March 6th, 2016 primary debate between Clinton and then-fellow candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders:

Three years later, Welker came off entirely different when she asked the president whether “yes or no … have you ever worked for Russia. Yes or no?”
Welker also appears to be an Obama lover, and one thing that’s true of nearly every Obama lover is that they hate the president with as much passion as the Obamas.
Below is a Facebook photo depicting and her husband celebrating Christmas with the Obamas in 2012. Here’s an archived copy in case she deletes it.

The NBC News “journalist” has faced accusations of bias in the past.
Last year she interviewed a group of ostensible Republican women who were seemingly anti-Trump. But as an investigation later uncovered, she’d failed to disclose that the women all had Democrat backgrounds.

If Welker does indeed wind up moderating this week’s final debate, she’ll be the third example of the Commission on Presidential Debates picking an alleged liberal for the job.
The first example came courtesy of Fox News’ Chris Wallace, whose performance during the first debate on Sept. 30th was pilloried for being so one-sided.
The second came via C-SPAN reporter Steve Scully, who’d been tapped to moderate the eventually cancelled second debate but came under heavy scrutiny when he published a tweet asking known anti-Trump Zealot Anthony Scaramucci for advice on how to handle the president.
The publication of that tweet let to accusations that he was biased. He responded by claiming his account had been hacked. He eventually — days after the second debate was to have occurred — admitted that he’d lied and was promptly suspended by C-SPAN.

Meanwhile, Welker deleted her entire Twitter account, as noted by the president during Saturday’s rally.
The Commission on Presidential Debates’ moderator picks have been so seemingly partisan that even former senator and presidential candidate Bob Dole commented on them in a tweet published on Oct. 9th.
“The Commission on Presidential Debates is supposedly bipartisan w/ an equal number of Rs and Ds. I know all of the Republicans and most are friends of mine. I am concerned that none of them support @realDonaldTrump,” he wrote.
He added, “A biased Debate Commission is unfair.”

The tweet earned a lot of support — including from the president — from those also convinced that the presidential debate process had become corrupted.

Bob Dole admits what we all knew, the presidential debate commission is a rigged entity. It’s filled with Democrats and Never Trumpers. This was always rigged against @realDonaldTrump.

Not to mention the next moderator, Steve Scully got caught conspiring against Trump, and then claimed he was “hacked” and deleted his account to hide his bias tweeting history.
